The IPA Report is published semi-annually. The latest is the Fall 2002 issue, which features an interview with IPA Senior Staff Ernie Leonardo regarding his work on the Kigali Economic Development Strategy. It also includes field reports from IPA Senior Staff members Rudy Runko (on his work on the Public Sector Accounting Reform project in Bosnia and Herzegovina) and John Tabor (on his work on a project for the Development of the Foundation for Local Government Innovation in Indonesia).
