Each woman experiences pregnancy differently. Depending on various aspects each pregnant woman may experience very different symptoms. Try to avoid strenuous activity and listen to your body. Active women are encouraged to continue their workouts and daily activity, but also it is acceptable to skip after a morning run if the energy is lacking in the morning.
