The definition of diet is simply, the food that a person eats. The definition of nutrition is how the food that a person eats affects and nourishes their bodies. Eating a healthy diet is important, if your priority is looking and feeling your best, and keeping your body in top condition. A healthy diet, that being one that keeps your body in good condition, is a diet that feeds your body daily with good nutrition. Putting healthy eating together with a good eating plan will go a long way in improving your health. Cooking foods that are healthy, and that you and your family enjoy, will make it easier to stick with an overall lifestyle change in your eating habits. Getting started with a good diet and nutrition plan will help you to get to, and maintain a healthy weight.
